Geodetic works

Geodetic surveys accompany the construction process from the very beginning of pre-design work to commissioning of the facility, as well as during deformation to determine the cause of defects.

The tasks that can be solved with the help of geodetic works are as follows:

• topographic survey of the area, construction site at a scale of 1:500 – 1:2000
• marking and axes on the ground
• control of the spatial position of objects during construction
• monitoring of subsidence, tilt and other changes in the spatial position of the building during operation
• determination of movements of individual structures (crane tracks, columns, etc.)
• determination of the causes of deformation of buildings, search for subsidence holes using tacheometric surveying

All work is performed by a certified surveying engineer.The toolkit of our company consists of modern professional equipment that is regularly subject to metrological certification. Thanks to this, we can quickly and efficiently perform a significant part of the entire range of geodetic works.

Based on the results of the work, depending on the type of task, the customer is provided with a survey and a report describing the work performed and measurement protocols.
