Structural survey
Survey is a complex and responsible work that reliably determines the technical condition of buildings and structures, the degree of damage or failure of structures, the possibility of increasing loads, etc.
Why do we need a survey?
- determination of the degree of emergency and the probability of collapse of structures;
- compliance of the constructed building with the current standards of design and execution of works;
- determination of the physical characteristics of structural materials;
- analysis of the causes of deformation;
- forecasting the further operation of structures.
We have developed appropriate survey methods. The main difference between the methods we have developed and the existing ones is that the survey involves structural analysis. In some cases, a static or dynamic analysis is performed, including using a spatial model. A good calculation is one that explains the formation of all cracks and significant deformations. The methods use GIS technologies and other modern research methods.
Consequences of the war
Unfortunately, during a full-scale invasion, more and more residential, public and industrial buildings are being damaged by enemy shelling. Nastroi’s specialists help to make prompt decisions on the consequences of the destruction and the possibility of further operation of the damaged building.
