Technical Supervision

High-quality technical supervision of construction is the key to ensuring that the building complies with the project and its subsequent reliable operation.

During technical supervision, we monitor compliance with design decisions and the correctness of construction work at the site. We perform the following checks:

• availability of documents confirming the quality characteristics of structures and products: technical passports, certificates, etc.
• compliance of the performed construction and installation works, products, materials and equipment with the design solutions, requirements of the state standard, building codes and regulations
• compliance of the scope and quality of construction and installation works with the design and estimate documentation

We also carry out the following work

• keep records of the volume of accepted and paid construction and installation works
• conduct inspections and assessments of the results of the work performed (hidden structural elements) with the contractor
• inform the contractor of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents
• draw up acts of work performed with defects
• participate in the work of commissions and inspections
• Perform other functions related to technical supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Documents
